About: Helen
Hi, I’m Helen. Thank you for being here!

I am dedicated to using movement and exercise to help people move better, feel stronger, and thrive. My background spans years of hands-on physiotherapy, functional movement, and healthcare, along with a doctorate in public health research.

Feeling the beauty and flow of natural body movement is my passion. Movement has always been a big part of how I am in the world. It helps me process my life, recognise my emotions, and connect with myself. However, when it came to choosing a career, I didn’t consider following this passion. It was only after countless jobs, a lot of soul-searching, and a diagnosis of ADHD that I realised I needed to do something that reflects who I am. I have created BIOMEmovement to support other people on their journey with movement. I hope you enjoy your journey with me.

As part of my own health journey, I have explored and trained in a wide range of approaches, from SIRPA (Stress-Injury Recovery) to Holistic Massage, Triggerpoint Therapy, Acupressure, Acupuncture, Hypopressives, Stress Management, and the Science of Well-being.
